Claptons Beach The Jackalope 42 is situated on the Marina Martinique water Canal on the Coastal plain between Jeffreys Bay and Aston Bay Eastern Cape.
This duplex apartment has a sleeping capacity for 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and additional guest toilet on the ground level.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. Guests have access to the shared bathroom that is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet as well as a separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided. Please bring own Beach Towels.
The living room is open plan to the kitchen and has comfy couches with a SMART TV that offers access to YouTube and Netflix by entering your password and login. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a washing machine, Breakfast Island as well as a 6-seater dining table with chairs. This area expands onto the patio that overlooks the green garden and offers braai facilities.
The Patio has a table with 6 chairs and lovely umbrella for sunny days.
Safe parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool in the complex overlooking the water canal and the canal that leads to the back of Marina Martinique. A remote-controlled private gate in front of the complex leads to the beach.
This property is a lovely fishing spot and is within close proximity to various restaurants with Walskipper, Tapas and Nina’s within walking distance from Clapton’s.
The Wacky Water Park in the Marina is also within walking distance and a wonderful to spend the day with the kids.
Please note we do not allow any parties and the unit is not pet friendly.
